Whew!!

I made it through my first month of blogging. When you hear people say, “Blogging is a job”, it is!

I want to thank all of you for subscribing and supporting my juice blog. The feedback was amazing and beyond my expectations. I wasn't sure or confident about sharing my health issues with everyone, but with the positive feedback and energy, made me realize, I did the right thing.

You will start to receive June recipes tomorrow. Keep in mind; this is not a diet, but a way to help you lose weight in a healthy way without too much sacrifice. 

As we all know, the waistline is the hardest weight to lose especially after 40 years of age. Juicing every day will lower your stomach fat. Trust me; I wear a belt now to hold up my pants, shorts, and skirts.*:P tongue

If you're starting for the first time, juice at least six days a week for a month. After a month of straight juicing, you may cut it down to 3-4 days a week. It's important to get rid of unwanted waste and refuel your body back up with good antioxidants.

Please keep sending me your comments and suggestions, it helps challenge me to experiment with different fruits and vegetables. 

Again, I look forward to sharing my ideas, favorite products, and recipes with you. If you are a juicer, please feel free to share your journey and recipes as well.
