After the 4th of July Detox Snack

Slice 2-3 Tomatoes
Place them on a plate, or in a  bowl
Squeezed fresh lemon juice, lime or both over the tomatoes
Sprinkle a dash of Cayenne pepper

Cut/chop 3-4 sticks of Celery
Place them on a plate or in a bowl
Squeeze fresh lemon juice, lime or both over the celery
Sprinkle a dash of Chile pepper over the celery



Slice 1-2 Cucumbers
Place them on a plate, or in a bowl
Squeeze fresh lemon juice, lime or both over the cucumbers
Sprinkle either a dash of Cayenne or Chile pepper
