Protein Shake #1
- Use either Almond milk, Regular milk, Coconut milk, Coconut water, 2% milk or water
- Add a cup of Greek Yogurt
- Add a small cup of oat meal flakes
- small cup of blueberries
- Add 1 banana
- Add cup of ice
- Blend 5-8 minutes
Protein Shake #2
- Use either Almond milk, Regular milk,Coconut milk, Coconut water. 2% milk or water.
- Add Strawberries
- Banana
- Greek Yogurt
- Add either Almond butter or Peanut butter
- Dash of cinnamon
- Add cup of ice
- Blend 5-8 minutes
Note: You can add any fruit of your choice such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, nectarine, peaches, oranges, or mango but always use a banana. Use any choice of milk, I just named a few. You can add almonds, walnuts, or pecan nuts. You may add a dash of cinnamon, nutmeg or vanilla extract.
So try this. Chocolate shake - we drink Advocare with PB2 and coconut or almond milk.
