Protein Shake for Workout Pro's

I have a few protein shake recipes I make myself when I come in from the gym. 

Protein Shake #1

  1.  Use either Almond milk, Regular milk, Coconut milk, Coconut water, 2% milk or water
  2. Add a cup of Greek Yogurt
  3. Add a small cup of oat meal flakes
  4. small cup of blueberries
  5. Add 1 banana 
  6. Add cup of ice
  7. Blend 5-8 minutes

  Protein Shake #2
  1. Use either Almond milk, Regular milk,Coconut milk, Coconut water. 2% milk or water.
  2. Add Strawberries
  3. Banana
  4. Greek Yogurt
  5. Add either Almond butter or Peanut butter
  6. Dash of cinnamon
  7. Add cup of ice
  8. Blend 5-8 minutes
Note:  You can add any fruit of your choice such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, nectarine, peaches, oranges, or mango but always use a banana. Use any choice of milk, I just named a few. You can add almonds, walnuts, or pecan nuts. You may add a dash of cinnamon, nutmeg or vanilla extract.

  1. So try this. Chocolate shake - we drink Advocare with PB2 and coconut or almond milk.

    OR

    Chocolate shake with bag of frozen berries and almond or cocnut milk.
