Body Flame




Turmeric is well-known as an anti-inflammatory root. People who are fighting diseases such as inflammatory bowel disease, Cystic Fibrosis, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Cancer Prevention, along with many other health related problems find relief in adding Turmeric to their foods or juice.

particularly juice this recipe during extremely cold winter days to hot humid days during the summer months.
Ingredients:
4 sticks of Celery
1 Tomato
3 sticks of Carrots
handful of Turmeric
1 Lemon
Add cup of water
Add cup of water
Blend 5-8 minutes

Note: Turmeric has a very strong taste therefore I use lemon to break-up the taste. You can juice this recipe as well.
