Tasty Kale Chips

Kale chips is something you can enjoy as a snack or share with your kids. A good way to get your kids to start eating Kale and liking it.




1 bunch of Kale or 2
Cut or tear the leaves off the stem
Cut Kale into medium pieces 
Wash and dry with a paper towel
Spread the pieces of Kale over a baking pan
Do not overlap-keep pieces separated
Drizzle a little olive oil
Sprinkle Kosher salt or Sea salt
Preheat oven to 325 degrees
Bake for 10-15 minutes until crispy

Note: 
You can make your Kale chips spicy using different spices and herbs. 
You can squeeze fresh lemon over them. 
You can use almond butter instead of olive oil. 
Serve with ketchup or dip in spicy sauce
It's endless as to what you can add to your Kale chips. Be creative!
