Juicing Rules


Most effective:
  1.        Juice on an empty stomach
  2.       Before or after exercising
  3.       Night snack before bed
  4.       Early morning before work
  5.       Do not refrigerate-drink fresh
  6.       Do not peel vegetable or fruit when juicing
  7.       If making a smoothie using a blender, peel/fruit
  8.          When using a juicer-do not peel yourfruit/vegetables     
Note: 

  •    Juice on an empty stomach.
  •    Follow-up with a hot to warm glass of water.
  •    Eat regularly. 
  •    Do not skip meals nor substitute juicing for food. 
  •   Juicing helps boost your metabolism.
