Coconut Smoothie




  
1 Whole Coconut-peel
1 handful of Cherries-take the seed out
1 branch of Grapes
1 Green Apple-cut into 4's





Note: 

  • You may add additional serving size as you like. 
  • Pour a small cup of water into the blender
  • Add 1 cup of ice 
  • Blend for 5-10 minutes.
