Root Benefits

 Tara Root- is known as a root vegetable. This root can easily be mistaken for potatoes. Tara Roots is good for potassium and protein. Has way more potassium than a banana therefore do not over use. My use: I either juice this root or put into a really good soup.





Ginger Root- is anti-oxidants roots which reduce toxins from skin, hair, help with digestion problems, ease cramps, and increase blood circulation.My use:I cook with ginger and I juice it.









Beet Root-is good for anti-inflammatory, detoxification, problems with iron deficiency, metabolism, and digestive system and is known for an antioxidant. My use: When my iron count is low. I juice my beets rather than eating them.
